The staff were incredibly attentive to our every need and the luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations. the exclusive swimming pool and private facilities were exceptional and added to our overall experience. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.
The one minor issue we encountered was with the room temperature. It was a bit warm for our liking, but the staff promptly addressed the problem and provided a solution.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was professional and courteous, always prompt to assist us. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, which made our stay even more comfortable. We appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the live theater show and the huge buffet with great breakfast. The location to gambling was convenient and the shuttle service made transportation super easy. Lastly, the hotel is situated in a beautiful area of Korea with breathtaking scenery.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those that enjoy gambling. the hotel features an on, site casino with professional and courteous staff. it offers several restaurants, a live theater show, and a shuttle service to ski resorts just a short distance away. the rooms are quiet, with clean and comfortable beds, and the bathroom area is spacious and well, maintained.
The on, site buffet can be pricey, which could be a drawback for those who are budget, conscious.

Celebrating New Year at a luxurious resort was an amazing experience! the live performance and delicious buffet left us craving for more. the location was perfect with a scenic view of the mountains and easy access to both a ski resort and water park. We also enjoyed the comfortable, spacious rooms with clean facilities.
The pricey amenities were a big drawback, especially the costly buffet which was hard on the wallet. Though there were many activities offered, it seemed to cater mostly to gambling which was not our interest.
